WHO’S WENDY’S NUTS?

Wendy’s Nuts is a premium nut brand from Dana Point, California. Launched in 2026 by Jeremiah James and Don Piccolo, we hit the market with our unique “Kick in the Nuts” Barrel Tumbled Spicy Peanuts as well as offering some fun merchandise. More clever products are in the works, but for now customers are really enjoying the unique flavor profile of the peanuts, and Jeremiah and Don are all too happy to tell everyone about them.

HOW DID IT ALL START?

After 30+ years of going “nuts” as package delivery drivers, it was another tough day at work when Jeremiah said to Don, “Hey bro, my friend Wendy’s gotta crush on you!” Don replied, “Who’s Wendy?” Jeremiah answered, “WENDY’S NUTS IN YOUR MOUTH!” When the laughing stopped, the idea hit them like a sack of nuts, and “Wendy’s Nuts” went from being a silly joke to a premium brand of nuts and merch.

WHY THE WHISKEY BARRELS?

Part of the process in making our nuts is them being tumbled with our special ingredients. While trying to come up with a way to tumble large batches of nuts, Jeremiah had the idea to use whiskey barrels. Turns out using whiskey barrels isn’t just practical, it’s flavorful! The natural peanut butter bourbon tones forever soaked into the wood of the barrels are slightly absorbed into our nuts, making them uniquely tasty.
